Consumer terms and returns
For purchases from our own line by consumers in the United Kingdom. Business orders are under the terms of business.
Who you are buying from
Capsule Foundry, a trading name of BLAST HQ LIMITED, company no. 09630194, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Contact works@blasthq.co.uk.
Price and payment
Prices include VAT. Postage is shown before you pay and is free on orders over £25. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your card details. The contract is made when we email you the dispatch note.
Delivery
Royal Mail from Borehamwood within two working days of payment, in a large-letter pouch where the order fits. If it has not arrived within ten working days, tell us and we replace or refund.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, by emailing works@blasthq.co.uk. Food supplements are sealed for health protection: once the pouch seal is broken they cannot be returned unless faulty. Return unopened goods to the address we give you within 14 days of telling us; we refund the price and the standard postage within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the return postage.
Faulty goods
If anything is wrong, keep the pouch and the batch number and tell us. We replace or refund, including postage, and we log every complaint against its batch as our food safety system requires.
What the product is
A food supplement. Not a medicine and not a substitute for a varied diet. Read the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or under medical supervision, ask a pharmacist before taking it.
Your data
Your name, address and email are used to fulfil the order and keep the records food law requires, and are never shared with Best Capsules or sold. See the privacy page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
