Real numbers so you can budget before you write. Every price is indicative and ex VAT as of 5 September 2026; the quote confirms it. Minimum run 100 units for private label and 5,000 capsules for filling.

Contract filling

Client supplies or specifies the powder. Polishing, counting and bottling into your supplied or our stock packaging included; labelling from £0.08 a unit.

Private label

Per unit at the 100-unit minimum, ingredient and HPMC capsule included, label printed from your signed proof. Bottles instead of pouches add about £0.60. Falls with quantity.

Fulfilment

Pick, pack and post from Borehamwood on our Royal Mail account. Large-letter packs post from about £1.55 second class; you pay postage at our rate. Handling £1.20 an order.

What every price includes

  • A batch record per run: ingredient and capsule lots, fill-weight checks at start, middle and end, a count check, operator and date. You receive a copy.
  • A retained sample of every batch, kept for the shelf life plus six months.
  • Certificates of analysis for the ingredient and the capsules we supply.
  • For private label, a check of your label against the mandatory particulars and the GB claims register before it prints. You sign the proof; the label stays yours.
