What we collect
What you type into the quote form: the job, your name, email and company. Emails you send us. Nothing else: the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no tracking scripts.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you order, to perform the contract and keep the records food law requires (batch records and traceability, kept for the shelf life of the product plus six months). The lawful bases are contract and legal obligation, and legitimate interest for answering an enquiry that does not lead to an order.
Where it lives
In the works' own database, hosted by Supabase in London, and in our email. It is never shared with Best Capsules, the comparison site the same company runs, and never sold or passed to anyone else except a carrier for delivery or a professional adviser under confidence.
How long
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order and batch records are kept as food law requires and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted (subject to the records the law makes us keep), and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to works@blasthq.co.uk.
The label check
Text pasted into the label check is sent to Best Capsules' register endpoint to be matched against ingredient names and is not stored by either site.
